The firm advises employees summonsed to a formal Disciplinary Hearing on how best to defend themselves in that Hearing in terms of preparing an employee’s Defence, writing letters to the employee’s employer as required, and subsequently advising on the outcome of any Disciplinary Hearing and taking matters further as appropriate.

The firm will also advise an employee on how to Appeal any decision from a Disciplinary Hearing and will pursue that Appeal.

The firm also advises employers on whether any employee should be summonsed to a formal Disciplinary Hearing, how to prepare the evidence for and conduct the said Hearing, advising on the appropriate outcome and drafting all material and correspondence to be sent to the employee as required.

The firm also will advise employers on any Appeal of a decision from a Disciplinary Hearing and will advise the employer on how to conduct that Appeal.
